Julia Fox says she’s in her “I don’t give a fuck era,” and she made that abundantly clear in her latest interview.
On February 13, Elle magazine published “The Gospel According to Julia Fox,” in which the Uncut Gems star details her current philosophies on everything from dating to marriage to literal murder. On aging, Fox says she’s avoiding Botox and procedures like liposuction, which the 33-year-old had done once before. “I’m, like, saggy—like, things are not sitting the way they used to,” Fox said. “But it’s like, I am not gonna do a damn thing about it.”
Sorry, Britney and Justin. Julia Fox is the queen of denim now.

If all models were expected work with designers aligned with their values, most would be out of the job. But Julia Fox isn't most models.

While Fox truly came onto the scene when she starred in Uncut Gems in 2019 (did you hear she was Josh Safdie’s muse?), she became a household name during her brief yet highly publicised tryst with Kanye West at the start of 2022. Prior to Ye, Fox was married to pilot Peter Artemiev, with whom she shares a two-year-old son, from 2018 to 2020.
Now, Elle reports that Julia Fox is “done” with men—she’s not dating or having sex. “I want to be left alone. Like, don’t talk to me, don’t look at me, don’t bother me,” she said before taking a hit off her vape. “I don’t know…I feel like knowingly engaging in a heterosexual relationship, you are signing yourself up for an unhealthy dynamic.”
Fox expands on this thought later in the interview, adding, “At the end of the day, a wife and a prostitute are both doing the same thing, but the prostitute is doing it with different men and the wife does it with the same man—they just put a fancy label on it.”

These power dynamics and toxic men are at the top of her mind as she raises her son, Valentino. “I’m terrified,” she told the publication. “I’m like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I cannot create, I cannot produce another one of these horrible men.”
