Coops and J-Law, the Oscar-nominated on-screen couple, have been reunited once more for the gangster movie, which follows con man, Irving Rosenfeld (Bale) and his British partner Sydney Prosser (Amy Adams) as they are forced to work for "wild" FBI agent Richie DiMaso (Bradley Cooper).
Jennifer Lawrence plays Rosalyn Rosenfeld, the mouthy wife of Bale's Irving.
The movie hits the cinemas nationwide from 1 January 2014.
