Emily Deschanel and her actor husband David Hornsby welcomed their first child together yesterday.
The Bones star gave birth to a baby boy called Henry Hornsby, it has been confirmed.
Deschanel and Hornsby were married in 2010.
The actress maintained her strictly vegan diet throughout her pregnancy.
Shortly after announcing her pregnancy in April, her sister, Zooey Deschanel, tweeted: "I am super excited to be an aunt!"
