I know it's a little bit expected, but I have to note the inclusion of not one, not two, but three ELEMIS Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balms. The original is, of course, included: a beautiful cleansing balm formulated with an impressive cocktail of botanicals like smoothing lavender and chamomile. Warm a scoop of product between your palms, massage into the skin, then gently wipe away with a damp cloth or flannel. This product has long been my favourite cleansing balm – it's gentle on the eyes, leaves my skin feeling nourished, and injects calm into every evening routine.

Offering up an impressive 24 hours of hydration, it taps up moisture-boosting marine and plant actives including Padina Pavonica, Chlorella and Ginkgo Biloba. Overall, yes, for ELEMIS fans and skincare obsessives, the ELEMIS Advent Calendar is definitely worth it. With 25 days of glow-inducing treats, it’s basically like having your own at-home spa in the lead-up to Christmas; we love the fact that it contains so many Pro-Collagen heroes, radiance-boosting Superfood staples, and indulgent bodycare minis that are perfect for tossing in your handbag or taking on a winter getaway.
The standouts remaining the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream (the kind of moisturiser I cut open to get every last drop), the Future Restore Serum, and the Black Cherry Cleansing Balm that makes taking your makeup off a breeze. I also love that 15 calendars come with a hidden Golden Ticket worth £1,000 to spend on Elemis.com – and the worth value stacks up against competitors.
The only downside that we noted, TBH, is that it is a calendar for ELEMIS loyalists. The line-up obviously leans heavily on skincare, so if you already have a bathroom shelf full of Pro-Collagen minis, it might not feel quite as exciting as some of the more mixed-brand edits.
Lastly, what was in the ELEMIS advent calendar 2024?
Last year, ELEMIS's calendar included 25 products across skincare and body care as with this year, but they also included a few branded items. For example, there was an ELEMIS headband, and a cute cleansing cloth. That said, the 2024 offering was worth £537, and only included one full sized product, 50ml jar of the Pro-Collagen Marine Cream. So, the new release beats the old one there.
