Doechii star is on the rise and shows no sign of slowing. Already a celebrated musician (the American rapper and songwriter took home her first Grammy this year for Best Rap Album, for her third mixtape Alligator Bites Never Heal), she's also proving to be fashion's new favourite artist.

This fashion month alone, Doechii has been keeping busy, performing at Dsquared2's 30th anniversary how at Milan Fashion Week in the tiniest of hot pants paired with a spliced-and-diced corset, her act immediately becoming a highlight of the season.
Paris Fashion Week officially kicked off yesterday, and stars have begun descending on the fashion capital for a week of shows. But first, the glitterati congregated last night at a dazzling dinner at the Louvre dubbed “Le Grand Diner," a black-tie affair celebrating the Louvre's couture exhibition (think of it as the French version of the MET Gala). It seemed like every Hollywood A-lister was there, from Kiera Knightly in a feathery Chanel couture gown to Gigi Hadid in a metallic Moschino column by Jeremy Scott.

Amidst these heavyweights, our girl Doechii nabbed the spotlight with her golden Valentino ballgown from the spring 2025 couture collection by Alessandro Michele, a piece of art in itself. Just when we thought she couldn't top her crinoline Thom Browne look at the Grammys, she continues to surprise us with her versatile style. She then changed into a top-to-toe Schiaparelli denim ensemble for her performance at the dinner complete with the couture house's signature surrealist details and golden platform boots in the shape of a foot.

You see, the power of Doechii's looks lies in her inherent personal style, her sartorial “rizz” if you will, so the outfit never wears her. Just look at her dishevelled-chic look the day after the dinner. Wearing a shirt thrown wide open under a crumply blazer, baggy jeans and a tie worn as a belt, anyone else might be accused of looking a little partied-out. Leave it to Doechii to make the morning after and the night before look equally chic.
