The 2025 Oscars red carpet did not disappoint.

From Demi Moore to Selena Gomez, all your favourites made their style marks with the last big bash of the season. It's typical for stars to pull out all the stops for the Academy Awards—they'll save their best look for last (or at least most formal, given the show's strict black tie dress code) but that doesn't mean there's not room for a little creativity. Remember Zendaya's sleek cropped button-down in 2022? Or Rihanna's incredible bondage-inspired Alaia maternity gown in 2023?

This year's attendees embraced dramatic silhouettes and a whole lot of sparkle. Demi Moore showed out in glittering custom Armani Privé, while fellow best actress nominee Cynthia Erivo went more sculptural in a forrest green Louis Vuitton gown with a show-stopping collar.

Best supporting actress nominee Ariana Grande doubled the drama in a blush Schiaparelli couture gown with a wavy peplum bodice and bejewelled tulle skirt. Zoe Saldaña also chose to mix trends in a custom Saint Laurent dress with a mesh crystal bust and tiered burgundy bubble skirt.
