Let's face it, it was heartbreaking to find out one of our favourite couples had split up last year. But even though they are not together anymore, it seems like Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are still the best of friends.
On Saturday night, Demi took to Instagram Stories to share a sweet picture of her and her ex. The duo were reunited at her house party celebrating L.A. Pride.
The adorable snap was captioned: "Best of friends no matter what @wilmervalderrama". Which was followed by another caption-less picture of the pair on her Snapchat.
It's fair to say they are definitely on good terms. And as much as we're happy for their newfound BFF relationship, we couldn't help but hope that they rekindle their goal-istic romance.
Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama split last year in June. The couple announced their break-up news on Instagram:
"After almost 6 loving and wonderful years together, we have decided to end our relationship. This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another."
"Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years," they continued. "With only love, Wilmer & Demi."
