When Tom Hardy read for CBeebies Bedtime Stories, we thought it couldn't get any better. But now, our beloved Chris Evans has appeared on the show - and it's safe to say people really er, liked it.
Reading Even Superheroes Have Bad Days by Shelly Becker and Eda Kaban, the Captain America star, who recently split from Jenny Slate, had previously said of his appearance:
“I'm honoured to be the next guest on CBeebies Bedtime Stories which is such a special show. I hope families have as much fun watching as I had reading!”
Last night, his episode finally aired - and the internet reacted accordingly:

While Chris was undeniably an excellent children's book storyteller, we can't help but wonder: is Bedtime Stories more about giving the parents joy over their kids these days?
It kind of seems that way, and we sure ain't complaining...
