Now that The Traitors has wrapped up (and left us emotionally exhausted, frankly), we can finally turn our attention to the rest of our reality TV rotation. From topping up our tans via Love Island: All Stars to watching candidates crumble in the boardroom on The Apprentice, our weeknight viewing schedules are already looking impressively full.

But hot on the heels of The Traitors finale, it’s time to say goodbye to yet another fan favourite. After weeks of gruelling challenges, emotional breakdowns and truly eye-watering endurance tests, Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins is coming to an end, and the final episode promises to be its toughest yet.

The remaining recruits have been pushed to their absolute limits, both physically and mentally, as they fight to prove they’ve got what it takes to pass selection. There will be sweat, tears and no shortage of dramatic moments — because this is Celebrity SAS, after all.

So, to make sure you don’t miss a single second of the action, here’s everything you need to know about the Celebrity SAS final.

Who made it to the finale?

After seven utterly brutal episodes, just five celebrities remain, including some major reality TV favourites. This season has seen Australian stars go head-to-head with their British counterparts, pushing every recruit to their physical and mental limits in one of the toughest series yet.

Of the finalists, three are Brits, and two are Aussies, setting the stage for a nail-biting international showdown in the final episode. The full Celebrity SAS line-up is as follows:

Dani DyerLove Island contestant (UK)

Gabby AllenLove Island contestant (UK)

Ben Cohen — Retired rugby player (UK)

Mack Horton — Retired Olympic swimmer (Australia)

Emily Seebohm — Retired Olympic swimmer (Australia)

But with the DS known for delivering last-minute curveballs and shock eliminations, the big question remains: how many of the five will actually complete the course and make it all the way to the very end?

There’s only one way to find out, tune into the Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins final tonight.

How do the contestants win Celebrity SAS?

Winning Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins isn’t about prize money or trophies; it’s about survival. Contestants are tasked with enduring a gruelling, condensed version of the real-life special forces selection process, and the only way to “win” is to make it to the very end without voluntarily withdrawing (VW) or being pulled from the course by the Directing Staff (DS).

There’s no cash prize waiting at the finish line. Instead, those who succeed are simply told they’ve passed selection — a moment that carries serious weight given the extreme physical, mental and emotional resilience required to get there. And, unlike many reality shows, there can be more than one winner.

In Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins 2025 (Series 7), three recruits ultimately passed the course. Former professional footballer Troy Deeney (Recruit #10), singer-songwriter Lucy Spraggan (Recruit #4), and author Michaella McCollum (Recruit #3) all successfully completed the intense four-week, eight-episode selection process in Wales.

Tune in to find out who will hear those magic words: “You've passed.”
