Carys Douglas has been exposed to a heavy dose of style for — well — her entire life. Her mother, after all, is none other than Catherine Zeta-Jones. Carys, now 21, has undoubtedly always had access to a pretty covetable closet. Catherine is something of a fashion icon — her everyday wardrobe treads the line between basic style and sensuality.
“I just woke up like this…”

But back to Carys: instead of copying her mother's sartorial choices, it seems that she has decided to build her own personal style — with a sprinkling of Zeta-Jones influence, naturally. She has been intriguing us with her fashion sense for a while now. Earlier this year, she rung in her birthday wearing the very same dress her mother once wore to the 1999 MTV Awards. Plus, she has already starred in a Fendi campaign and done a shoot with Vanity Fair Spain. Her latest red carpet appearance solidifies her place as a true fashion It-Girl.
And they both look so good in it.

At yesterday's screening of America's Burning, Carys looked nothing short of impeccable in a simple outfit consisting of an ivory midi skirt skirt made of a glistening silk fabric paired with a blazer of the same colour. She finished off the chic ensemble in the best possible way: with a ballerina bun and a dash of fresh, natural makeup. She may be taking some inspiration from her mother, but it's clear that Carys Douglas is forging her own style path — and we can't wait to see what she pulls together next.
