Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds have mastered the art of coordinated couples' style.
Instead of going too matchy-matchy, Lively and Reynolds are often photographed in New York City in similar colour stories that make them appear effortlessly cohesive. And their latest look was no exception, when the couple was seen walking hand-in-hand in various shades of autumn foliage. For his part, Reynolds was photographed wearing a checked shirt, khaki trousers and a hunter green jacket, while Lively wore a green and yellow striped sweater, straight-leg jeans and a textured olive green cargo jacket of her own. Seriously, her autumn coat collection is unmatched.
Both halves of this Hollywood power couple spurned this season's hottest boot trends in favour of canvas trainers: Reynolds wearing a plain white pair and Lively opting for olive-toned Converse high-tops.
As for accessories, they both kept things minimal, with Reynolds staying warm in a grey beanie while Lively contrasted her horizontal striped jumper with the vertical striped yellow and beige Louis Vuitton bag she's kept in rotation this autumn.
In late October, the pair looked just as effortlessly cohesive while walking arm-in-arm in New York City wearing darker neutrals. Dressed in the same beanie and trainers, Reynolds' grey shirt jacket and trousers complimented Lively's black wool coat, which she wore over a navy hoodie, light-wash baggy denim, tan buckle boots, and a navy Chanel cross-body bag. In fact, the only matching element in this look were their green-lensed sunglasses.
Once again, Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds stayed on the same sartorial page without giving family holiday card. Of course, we'd love to see that too.
