The internet couldn't help but laugh over The Great British Bake Off contestant Julia's "Snail under a Mushroom" showstopper bread bake, which definitely looked a bit phallic. And by "a bit" we mean "a LOT".

In arguably the smuttiest week ever seen on Bake Off (and that's saying something), Bread Week saw some truly degree-level "doughball" entendres, but ultimately it was the snail loaf that made everyone collapse into childish screams.

It didn't stop Julia winning Star Baker though: lovely Steven, Star Baker for the previous two weeks, made arguably the best Bread Week showstopper with a beautiful bread handbag (which looked like an actual handbag unlike Stacey's terrible clutch from Week 1), but had a 'mare in the two previous rounds which saw him out of competition.
But despite Julia's perfect flavours in her three well-baked loaves, nobody could really get past the fact that her snail just looked like a massive wang.
