This season I'm particularly drawn to luxury outerwear and printed, cosy knits that are both practical and chic. I'm always focusing on timeless additions when shopping that will continue to serve in my wardrobe season after season.
So, if I only could add one thing to basket it would be a Dries Van Noten jacket. I’m naturally drawn to colour and love a bold accessory to brighten up an outfit on a dull London day — of which there will soon be plenty.

The Neous bag
A brown tote is *the* expensive-looking bag every busy woman needs for autumn and I love the quiet luxury, minimalist silhouette of this Neous Berenices bag.
The oxblood accessory
I’ve been eyeing these Saint Laurent oxblood heels for quite some time. I love how the deep burgundy makes it versatile enough to wear with black and brown tones and the gold heel adds a modern touch to the elegant shoe.
The trench update
Because there’s no such thing as owning too many trench coats in the UK (at least that’s the excuse I give myself), if I were to get another duster, it would be this fabulous Loewe fringed number.
The stripe wardrobe staple
Stripes are definitely back (remember the rugby shirt craze last month?) and I’m eager to take it into autumn with this gorgeous Siedres jacket.

For me, an outfit is never complete without chunky gold jewellery and the Saint Laurent 80s inspired earrings are hard to beat.

My attention is solely on suede this season - as you can tell by my wishlist - and not just via accessories, either. I think my heart stopped for a good five seconds when I came across De Savary's dark chocolate trench coat; it's one of those wear-forever type investments I know I won't regret making. As is a YSL monogram brooch. I'm not usually one for logos, but something about being able to add a luxury stamp to an otherwise basic outfit really appeals to me.
