Every single one of Victoria Beckham’s 15 - yep 15! - engagement rings, because one is clearly not enough for Queen VB
The usual bridal jewellery timeline is... Get proposed to (or propose) and get an engagement ring... When you get married you get a wedding ring. If you have a baby you might persuade your other half to splash out on a sparkly push present or after a significant anniversary you could add an eternity ring to your stack... But switching up engagement rings every few years? If you’re not getting engaged to a new boo every year, the engagement ring stays the same, right?
That’s not how fashion icon VB rolls. Eagle-eyed celebrity spotters have noticed that Victoria Beckham seems to have a collection of gob-stopper sized jewels that she wears on her wedding ring finger - and which regularly get traded up. The fifteen we’ve shared here could just be the of the ice-berg (sorry...)
So, what are the rocks that she's got? Victoria’s original engagement ring was a marquise-cut yellow diamond on a yellow gold band...
After David Beckham wed Victoria Adams in Ireland on July 4th 1999, an eternity band took its place.
Fast forward to 2003 and Victoria was seen in an emerald-cut diamond ring with baguette diamonds flanking the central stone.
For her 30th birthday, David bought Victoria a pink champagne halo diamond ring which was reportedly worth over $1.1million.
In 2005 this was upgraded to a 17carat pear-cut ring, possibly VB’s biggest stone...
Which was followed by another yellow diamond - this time an emerald cut - in 2006.
Victoria began to mix in other precious stones, beginning with a cushion cut emerald in 2007...
A giant ruby in 2009...
A sapphire in 2010...
And a Jacob & Co moonstone in 2015.
But diamonds continued to be a favourite with a supersized emerald cut stone from Chopard (a mere 15carats) making a regular appearance from 2008 onwards.
In 2010 Victoria’s ring became slightly more subtle - an oval cut pink diamond on a yellow gold pavé band.
In 2015 she wore a round-cut diamond with round side stones and a pavé edging...
Before debuting a square cut-diamond on a pavé band in 2016, which she wore at Cannes.
Since 2018 Victoria has been seen wearing a square cut yellow diamond, on a pavé band.
It seems that diamonds aren’t forever in the Beckham household and we’re guessing the current ring might join the others in the archives fairly soon - especially considering that V&D just celebrated their 22nd wedding anniversary. Congratulations!
