Twilight Cast: Now & Then

We've came a long way since the first Twilight movie, and our beloved little vampires and wolves sure have changed - ditching the velvet tuxes and all-jean ensembles here's the style evolution of the Twilight's cast.

He might have topped some best dressed lists lately but, back in 2005, at the Harry Potter & The Goblet Of Fire premiere, fashion wasn’t Robert Pattinson’s strong “suit”. This velvet jacket (is it us or does it look a few sizes too big?), and the leather trousers were wrong for so many reasons.
PARobert Pattinson
Seems like Robert finally found a good tailor. And he's been looking sharp (and super handsome) in every red carpet appearance. Usually standing nonchalantly next to his fiancée, FKA Twigs.

A 13-year-old Taylor Lautner chose to play things very casual at the SharkBoy and LavaGirl World Premiere in 2005. We dig the ripped jeans and skater boy trainers but surely the red carpet demands something a bit smarter?

Taylor normally smartens up his act at the red carpet, but can clearly also pull off a dapper casual look for a day event.

Seven-year-old Dakota Fanning looked cute as a button in a yellow satin party dress at the I Am Sam premiere in 2001. Looking at this pic, you just can’t imagine such an innocent face playing a vampire, can you?

What. A. Transformation. Dakota Fanning is always showing fashion savviness. And seems like she has influenced her baby sister, Elle Fanning, who is another Hollywood fashionista.
Rex FeaturesKristen Stewart
If Kristen Stewart had fashion ambitions in 2002, she kept them very well hidden underneath this trench coat, black midi dress and trainers. It was Kristen’s first red carpet though, and she was only 12, so we can definitely forgive her.

Fast-forward to this an intimidatingly cool Kristen Stewart. Honestly, Kirsten's style nowadays is one for the books, a 101 on how to look like you do not care and yet your outfit is on point af.
Rex FeaturesBryce Dallas Howard
Bryce Dallas Howard looked more ladylike than horror star at the 2004 premiere of scary movie, The Village. But, while her lace trim full-length dress was pretty, it didn’t quite make us tingle with excitement.

Bryce learned how to master the high-fashion femme fatale look. She was slaying at the 2017 BAFTAs.
Getty ImagesAshley Greene
Ashley Greene was already stunning, aged 18. So why did she chose to cover up her figure in a simple black top and low-rise jeans?
Getty ImagesAshley Greene
Quite a few years have gone by and Ashley Greene looks better than ever, making no faux-pas at the red carpet.
Rex FeaturesNikki Reed
There’s no mistaking Nikki Reed at 15. And, compared to some of her Twilight co-stars, Nikki’s early red carpet outfit in 2004 - a spaghetti strap spotted dress - is not so bad. Shame her hair’s a bit on the rebellious side.

Well, damn Nikki, we wish time was this good on us. There’s not a hair out of place as she makes the red carpet her own.
WireImageAnna Kendrick
A youthful Anna Kendrick couldn’t get to grips of getting red-carpet-ready when she was 18-year-old. We forgive you Anna but we can't help not to lol about this photo.

Anna the spotlight is yours, you certainly deserve it. Just look at her. With one of the heaviest resumés out of this bunch, she's learned to be red-carpet-ready.
Getty ImagesKellan Lutz
Kellan Lutz was obviously a fan of the hairdryer and wash jeans back in 2006. Not a good combo.
Getty ImagesKellan Lutz
Kellan is looking slick and sexy in every single one of his appearances, opting for classic suits and groomed beard. Always a good combo.
Time & Life Pictures/Getty ImagesPeter Facinelli
If you look hard enough, you can just about make out Peter Facinelli under the beard, John Lennon glasses and very baggy suit. At least wife Jennie Garth looked timelessly chic by his side.

Perhaps wife Jennie Garth urged Peter to smarten up his act or maybe he just found fashion but, either way, we much preferred Mr. Facinelli nowadays.
