With over 1.9m views on the #tower28beauty, it’s safe to say the US cult beauty brand Tower 28 is definitely TikTok-approved. Since launching back in April 2019, it has also garnered MUA and celebrity fans too, from Khloe Kardashian to Kate Bosworth who love their vegan, easy-to-blend cream formulas and glosses, all created with sensitive skins in mind. So, you may well ask – what’s all the hype about?

The founder Amy Liu, who suffered from eczema, saw a gap in the market for beauty products that catered to sensitive skin. She made it a priority for the brand to be certified by the National Eczema Association's seal of acceptance, and Tower 28’s USP of clean, vegan beauty that’s 100% free of known skin irritants was born.

Hung Vanngo, MUA to Sophie Turner and Selena Gomez, is a fan of BeachPlease Luminous Tinted Balm, one of the most in-demand products (to the extent of having its own waiting list!). Hung uses the shade ‘Golden Hour’ tapping it across the nose and cheeks with the warmth of fingers leaving a youthful glow.

Makeup artist @glamzilla, with a cool 934k followers on TikTok, raves about the Bronzino Illuminating Cream Bronzer, melting it into her skin with her fingers to create a seamless sun-kissed glow. Other Tiktok fans are also impressed, with one commenting ‘‘wow this is a must buy’’ whilst another adds ‘‘my favorite bronzer it blends like a dream’’.

With all the hype it wasn’t going to be long before the brand hit the UK market. Last month it launched on Cult Beauty and promptly sold out within the hour!
