Feeling ropey? These are the best foods for curing a hangover (and nope, it's not hair of the dog and a greasy fry-up)
Is it just us, or is everyone suddenly really into football? No wonder really, as 25.8 million of us tuned into watch England play Denmark in the Euros last night, making it the ninth most-watched TV event of all time.
And we're not mad about it. It feels as though the Euros are reuniting the nation after a pretty terrible 16 months or so, and seeing the Three Lions enter their first major final since 1966? Well, we may not know what the offside rule is, but we do know that's a reason to celebrate down the pub with our pals.
But we can't deny that overindulging in Whispering Angel can leave us paying for it the next day. If you've got a stonking headache and a dodgy tum right now, we are sending solidarity and support. While we don't advise being over the limit, it happens to the best of us – and the best way to beat a hangover is being equipped with the nutritional knowledge to tackle it.
It's the flip side of a fun night out.

The way to get rid of that awful headache and churning tummy? It's not to neck a hair of the dog or grab a greasy fry-up (sorry), but turning to foods like these instead (best eaten while watching a feel-good movie).
Here, we round up the expert-approved guide to hangover food if you're feeling dodgy AF today – and may we advise bookmarking this for Monday morning after the footie final on Sunday? You're welcome (also, come on England! )...
