We've only recently got over the plot twists of You, laughed like giddy teenagers at Sex Education and had a lot of WTF? moments at Abducted in Plain Sight, but Netflix's latest offering may just have us firmly back on our sofas for another weekend with their new show, The Society.
Dubbed the 'contemporary take on Lord of the Flies', The Society follows a group of teenagers who are mysteriously transported to an alternative version of their wealthy New England town, left without any trace of their parents.
Of course, as teenagers go, their newfound freedom will be fun - but quickly become dangerous.
As they struggle to figure out what has happened to them and how to get home, they must establish order and form alliances if they want to survive.
Now, Netflix have just dropped the first teaser trailer for the eerie YA thriller, and, safe to say, the idea of kids ruling the world is a truly chilling prospect.
In the clip, Kathryn's character Allie attempts to get hold of her mother by leaving a voicemail, as chaos in the post-parental town unfolds around her, and her fellow deserted high-schoolers fight to survive.
"Mom, it's me again. Where is everyone? It's been nine days. We're all alone," she says. "Some of us thought it would be fun, to be in charge of ourselves. But things got bad."
The positively-outlandish show boasts a cast of some very familiar faces, including Big Little Lies' Kathryn Newton, and Kristine Froseth who previously graced our screens as Veronica in Sierra Burgess is a Loser.
While the show isn't released until May (no official date confirmed yet), we already know it's one we're going to be hooked to.

The Best Bit: Brie Larson's outstanding performance earned her the Best Actress gong at the 2016 Oscars.
2. Deadpool
Who: Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, T.J. Miller
What: When an experiment-gone-wrong leaves a mercenary with supernatural healing powers, he sets about tracking down the man who wrecked his life.
The Best Bit: Deadpool's hilarious one-liners.
3. Primal Fear
Who: Richard Gere, Laura Linney, Edward Norton
What: When a young altar boy is found fleeing the scene where the archbishop of Chicago was brutally killed, he is accused of murder. But as defence attorney Martin Vail soon learns, the case is much more complex – and holds far darker secrets – than it seems.
The Best Bit: Is it bad if we say a young Richard Gere? Well, we're saying it anyway.
4. How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days
Who: Kate Hudson, Matthew McConaughey, Adam Goldberg
What: Ben Barry is an advertising exec and self-confessed player who, to win a big campaign, bets his colleagues that he can make a woman fall in love with him in 10 days. But writer Andie has her own agenda.
The Best Bit: "I'm gonna make you wish you were dead."
5. Steve Jobs
Who: Michael Fassbender, Kate Winslet, Seth Rogen
What: Taking us through three iconic product launches, this captivating biopic tells the story of the man who made the Mac, and launched a digital revolution.
The Best Bit: The big moments, such as when Steve unveils his plans to 'put music in your pocket' ("Because I can't stand looking at that inexplicable Walkman anymore – you're carrying around a brick playing a cassette tape") are great, but we most enjoyed the moments between Steve and his daughter.
6. Shutter Island
Who: Leonardo DiCaprio, Emily Mortimer, Mark Ruffalo
What: In 1954, troubled U.S. marshal Teddy Daniels (DiCaprio) and his new partner (Ruffalo) must investigate the disappearance of a murderer who escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane.
The Best Bit: It's a thriller that has you on the edge of your seat the whole time, but the Ward C scenes are the most spooky.
7. Changeling
Who: Angelina Jolie, John Malkovich, Colm Feore, Amy Ryan
What: Clint Eastwood's drama following Christine Collins (Jolie), a grief-stricken mother whose missing son is finally returned to her. But when Christine asserts that the child isn't really her son, the police captain has her committed to an asylum.
The Best Bit: One of Angelina Jolie's best performances, the film earned her an Oscar nomination.
8. Wild At Heart
Who: Nicolas Cage, Laura Dern, Willem Dafoe
What: A '90s classic, Wild at Heart follows young lovers Sailor and Lula escaping from a variety of very weird strangers who Lula's mum has hired to kill Sailor. An eccentric, comedic, wildly fun Bonnie and Clyde flick.
The Best Bit: The whole thing is just... bonkers.
9. Becoming
Who: Barack Obama, Michelle Obama
What: An intimate journey with former first lady Michelle Obama, following her on her 'Becoming' tour and giving us an insight into her life, hopes and dreams.
The Best Bit: The impact Michelle Obama has on the people she speaks with. Seriously, when the little girl gets up on stage and says 'I have the power to change the world'? Let's just say, you should expert tears. Many tears.
10. The Martian
Who: Matt Damon, Jessica Chastain, Kristen Wiig
What: Mark Watney (Matt Damon) finds himself stranded on Mars when his fellow astronauts assume him dead. Now, he must struggle to survive on a hostile planet while trying to figure out how to send a message home that he is still alive.
The Best Bit: The 'are you receiving me?' scene will send shivers down your spine.
11. The Notebook
Who: Ryan Gosling, Rachel McAdams
What: An adaption of Nicholas Sparks's best-selling novel, two young lovers are separated by their class in the 1940s.
The Best Bit: 'If you're a bird, I'm a bird', obv.
12. A Quiet Place
Who: Emily Blunt, John Krasinski
What: An edge-of-your-seat dystopian thriller following a family living in their adapted bunker, where the new dominant life force tracks the human race by sound. Perhaps a little too close to home right now, you'll be jumping every time the silence is disturbed.
The Best Bit: If you're a fan of horrors, this one has a pace like no other. Juxtaposed to Bird Box, something about the possibility of sound at any moment will have you more tense. Plus, our own pandemic is still pretty far-removed from this nerve-shattering horror film, so you might just feel a little safer and happier to stay at home.
13. West Side Story
Who: Natalie Wood,
What: The musical re-imagining of Romeo and Juliet is a musical classic, to say the least. The New York turf war between the Poles and the Puerto-Ricans is fuelled and showcased via the medium of faultless song and dance. It has action, humour, and heartbreak in spades - there's a reason it won 10 Academy Awards at the Oscars, you won't be disappointed.
The Best Bit: The perfectly choreographed dance routines in expertly executed colour palette costumes - no special effects here.
14. Someone Great
Who: Gina Rodriguez, LaKeith Stanfield, Brittany Snow
What: A rom-com about love, loss, growth and female friendship. One that reflects more accurately the real problems women deal with today, and isn't afraid to have 'grey-area' characters whose moral compasses are askew.
The Best Bit: The post-breakup dance to Lizzo that helped Truth Hurts burst back into the charts.
15. Roma
Who: Yalitza Aparicio, Marina de Tavira, Diego Cortina Autrey
What: Alfonso Cuaron’s semi auto-biographical film is about a maid working for a middle-class family in Mexico City’s Roma neighbourhood in the early 1970s.
The Best Bit: It's the first ever Netflix film to be nominated for an Academy Award meaning you can watch award-worthy content from the comfort of your bed. Winning!
16. Birdbox
Who: Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes, John Malkovich
What: An apocalyptic thriller about an ominous unseen presence that has driven most of society to suicide. It garnered record-breaking viewership figures when it first aired in December
The Best Bit: The star-studded cast including Sandra Bullock, Trevante Rhodes and John Malkovich. You'll be more on-board with the concept than you expect thanks to their stellar acting.

Who: Molly Ringwald, Judd Nelson
What: An 80s classic John Hughes teen movie about a diverse group of kids from different school factions who form an unlikely bond in an excessively long day of detention.
The Best Bit: The fist-pumping iconic ending.
18. Okja
Who: Tilda Swinton, Paul Dano, Ahn Seo-hyun, Byun Hee-bong, Steven Yeun
What: An emotional tale of a GM future, where a prize-winning super pig raised by a young girl in Korea is taken by a large American conglomeration but a team of fearless bandits come to her aid. You'll maybe cry. You'll maybe go vegetarian.
The Best Bit: Jake Gylenhaal as the villain's humurous sidekick we all love to hate.
19. Matilda
Who: Danny DeVito, Michael Shamberg, Stacey Sher, Liccy Dah
What: A fantasy all children dream of, Roald Dahl's creation comes to life in this tale of a young, incredibly smart girl who loves to read, but who is very different from her family. Sent to a new school, she meets a loving teacher and a terrifying headmistress, then discovers she has been blessed with a little more power than she thought...
The Best Bit: That little nose wiggle.
20. When Harry Met Sally
Who: Meg Ryan, Billy Crystal, Carrie Fisher, Bruno Kirby
What: Can men and women ever just be friends? After bumping into each other multiple times, estranged aquaintances Harry and Sally realise they have a lot more in common than they first anticipated and become close friends, but vow it's nothing more.
The Best Bit: Probably Sally's timeless style after all these years - we still adore those curls.
21. To All The Boys I've Loved Before
Who: Lana Condor, Noah Centineo, Janel Parrish, Anna Cathcart, John Corbett
What: When Lara Jean Covey's secret, hidden, innocent love letters to five boys she's had crushes on somehow find their way to the intended recipients chaos inevitably ensues - not least because one of them is her sister's ex-boyfriend. A tale of teen shyness, bravery and navigating romance when the complications of high school become even more overwhelming than usual.

22. Two Popes
Who: Anthony Hopkins and Jonathan Pryce
What: This Oscar-nominated series of imagined conversations between two men who feel a calling to serve the Roman Catholic church will have even the non-religious hooked.
The Best Bit: The fascinating yet humorous insight into what it means to be a “Pope" in the 21st century.

What: An emotional rollercoaster of a film that will tug desperately at your heartstrings as it portrays the breakdown of a marriage between a director and his lead actress in a theatre company, and the heart-wrenching reality of what separation means for both individuals and their son.
The Best Bit: The astounding musical performance by Adam Driver that will have you belting your own fury-filled rendition of Sondheim.

Who: Hillary Duff, Chad Michael Murray, Jennifer Coolidge
What: A noughties classic, where an orphaned diner worker who's being raised by her nasty stepmother is chasing after her prince charming via the form of anonymous emails and messages. A dazzling teen romance with a traditional makeover scene to send you reeling.
The Best Bit: The gorgeous ballgown scene at the masquerade - and we'll forgive the fact that we're supposed to believe masks make everyone completely unrecognisable.
Netflix25. Space Jam
Who: Bill Murray, Michael Jordan, The Looney Toons
What: A merging of cartoon worlds and reality as Michael Jordan is recruited by The Looney Toons to play basketball with them against some evil aliens. It's cute, it's funny, it's child-friendly and it's a fun bit of escapism.
The Best Bit: Lola Bunny's sassy domination of the basketball court.
26. The Hustle
Who: Anne Hathaway, Rebel Wilson, Timothy Simons
What: A remake of 1988s "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," 2 con-women hustle in a small French Riviera town - one for small amounts from average men, and one for higher amounts wealthier men. They bet on what looks like an easy target. Winner gets $500K from him, and the loser leaves town forever.
The Best Bit: It’s glitzy and funny. Rebel Wilson and Anne Hathaway have brilliant chemistry to pull off scamming naive men.
27. Red Joan
Who: Judi Dench, Sophie Cookson, Tom Hughes, Stephen Campbell Moore
What: A based-on-a-true-story spy thriller, Joan Stanley (Dench) is a widow living out a quiet retirement in the suburbs when, shockingly, the British Secret Service places her under arrest. The charge: sharing details of creation of the atomic bomb to the Russians.
The Best Bit: The flashbacks starring Sophie Cookson and Tom Hughes reveal what really happened in this real-life espionage tale.
28. The Karate Kid
Who: Ralph Maccino, Pat Morita, William Zabka
What: This 1984 martial arts classic tells the story of bullied teen Daniel LaRusso who teams with a martial arts master and ends up learning much more than just self-defense in this classic underdog tale.
The Best Bit: Inspired a whole generation to get into karate. Also shows that bullies have NOTHING on determination.
29. The Revenant
Who: Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Will Pouter, Domhnall Gleeson
What: Hugh Glass (DiCaprio) a legendary frontiersman, is severely injured in a bear attack and is abandoned by his hunting crew. He uses his skills to survive and take revenge on his companion, who betrayed him.
The Best Bit: It won three Oscars including one for the cinematography which is beyond - every shot feels like a masterpiece.
Netflix30. Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga
Who: Will Ferrell, Rachel McAdams
What: Two small-town Icelandic singers are given the chance to represent their country at the Eurovision Song Contest.
The Best Bit: Will Ferrel as Lars is just too much LOL for us to handle.
Netflix31. The Old Guard
Who: Charlize Theron, KiKi Layne, Matthias Schoenaerts
What: Four immortal warriors have secretly been protecting the planet for centuries – until they suddenly become exposed. Now, they must fight to conceal their identities, just as they discover a new undying member.
The Best Bit: No one kicks ass quite like Charlize Theron.
