Jennifer Aniston, Zoë Kravitz and Scarlett Johansson lead the SAG red carpet's best dressed

Hollywood’s most revered names descended on the red carpet for the 26th Screen Actors Guild Awards on Sunday night and pulled out all the sartorial stops for the occasion.

Jennifer Aniston led the charge in an ethereal white Dior gown (no wonder her ex, Brad Pitt, couldn't stop tenderly touching her on the red carpet).

Hollywood stalwarts, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez, Reese Witherspoon and Scarlett Johansson also served up some delicious red carpet looks courtesy of Givenchy Haute Couture, Georges Hobeika, Celine and Armani respectively.

Whilst J-Lo’s black gown, complete with dipper train, was seemingly low-key, the jewellery she offset it with was far from pared back; the Hustlers actress wore over $9 million worth of Harry Winston jewellery (!).

Other notable red carpet stars included Nicole Kidman, who captivated in a sequinned blue number, and Margot Robbie (GLAMOUR's January digital coverstar, no less), who pulled off a plaid Chanel gown with aplomb.

Tinseltown’s newcomers, including Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Lili Reinhart, gave the industry’s veterans a run for their money in the sartorial stakes, with comedy genius Phoebe in custom Armani Prive and Netflix breakout star Lili opting for an ethereal Miu Miu number.

If we had to pick one breakout micro trend from the red carpet, it'd have to be the sleeveless one. Zoë Kravitz, Jennifer Lopez, Lupita Nyong’o, Renée Zellweger, Sophie Turner and Yvonne Strahovski all plumped for strapless styles, cementing it as the go-to evening dress trend of the season.
