Women, beauty editors, nutritionists and dermatologists are singing the praises of a supplement that promises to help strong and healthy hair grow.
Nutrafol Women Advanced Thinning Hair & Hair Loss Supplement, £60, has 150 five-star reviews on Amazon and the backing of both real women and experts.
So what's all the fuss about? The supplement works by optimising your immune system, which, in turn, helps hair grow long and strong.
It's the supplement's unique blend of ingredients, such as immune-boosting ashwagandha, biocercumin, and palm oil extract, that make it stand out against other supplements on the shelf.
As nutritionist Sophie Griffiths explains to GLAMOUR UK: "The biochemical makeup of this product is what makes it stand out from a long-line of hair-thickening treatments that don't really do the trick.
"Ashwagandha (an adaptogenic herb popular in Ayurvedic medicine) in particular has extraordinary stress relieving properties, which support the natural health of the hair follicle allowing the hair to grow more effectively, giving a thicker and healthier appearance overall".
