Mermaid eye makeup is here - and it's just as beautiful as you'd expect
Mermaids are rather in Vogue these days. From mermaid toast to mermaid hair, our favourite childhood mythical creature has never been cooler.
Well, now mermaid eyeshadow is set to be big... we're calling it.
We were so inspired by this picture on Stila's Instagram account we just had to share it. The look, which is created using Stila's Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow in Into The Blue, has got us running home to try to create our very own mermaid look.
The bad terrible news is that us Brits won't be able to get our hands on this Stila shade until September. Yep, really. While it's available in the US currently, we've got a good 4 months to go until we can create the dreamiest mermaid eyes.
In the mean time, we may pick up the rest of the shades in Stila's Magnificent Metals Glitter & Glow Liquid Eye Shadow line, as well as this Mac eyeshadow in 3D Lavender. With a little eye gloss on top, it could look pretty mystical and mermaid-ish.
