"I am writing this open letter because I need to be honest", she began.
"I have been overwhelmed with emotions since watching the Brandon Maxwell Video."
"The truth is before I shot this campaign I was in a deep state of self-doubt and depression. Everything was a struggle for me. My insecurities had me questioning myself every day. What am I doing? Where am I going? Will I ever he hired again?"

She went on to admit that her career so far has been "a roller coaster of rejection and support", and that Instagram's like-hungry nature has negatively affected her.
"I don't want to sound ungrateful", she cleared up. "This was never about gratitude."
"In between this state of uncertainty and self-doubt is when I met Brandon. Myself and Riley were on holiday."
"I love that I can show Riley the world outside of London. And yet, when I was alone I was scared I wouldn't always be this fortunate."

"One night on the trip I remember opening up to Brandon about what I had been going through. He made me feel comfortable sharing the pressures to be a good Mum, my job insecurities and the overall self-doubt."
"Brandon made it so easy to be honest. So I was. I don't know if I ever told him how much those moments meant to me. Talking with Brandon helped. I felt less alone."
"Shortly after that trip I had a subtle "ah-ha" moment. Feeling incapable was no longer an option for me, I was energized and ready for change."
A few months after the model returned to Italy, the fashion designer got back in touch and asked if she would feature in his new campaign. He had also been touched by the conversations, and appreciated her efforts to give her son a better life.
"When I watch this video I am reminded of so much. Being present with Riley is so important. He won't be a little boy forever. Strength and patience are what he needs from me."
"This video shows the moment I reclaim my worth."
"I no longer fear failure."
"Brandon. Words will never be enough. I am honored to be included in your beautiful vision. It has taught me so much."
