Gigi Hadid tries to make grey lipstick a thing and, yep, NAILED IT.
Gigi Hadid stepped out this week looking cool - as per usual - but this time we had to do a double take because she was supporting concrete grey lipstick. Is it an early Halloween look? Nope. Did she look incredible wearing it? You bet.
Sporting a bright blue tracksuit, she donned the risky lipstick colour as she took to the streets of New York City. She even sported a matching grey manicure.
Gigi's makeup artist for the occasion, Erin Parsons, said: "I told G she looked extra bitchy in this look and I loved it!" As Gigi is a Maybelline ambassador it's no surprise she's donning a colour from the collection, but you can't buy it yet unfortunately. When Erin was asked on Instagram what the shade was, she told a fan that it would be out very soon.
But we've been wondering, was Gigi & co. inspired by our latest video starring Huda Kattan? Huda gave GLAMOUR's Beauty Director Alessandra Steinherr a makeover recently and she used a very similar lip grey shade (from her own collection), and it looked awesome. Huda said she uses the grey toned lipstick when she wants to feel like a badass.
Alex said: "Huda used her own branded grey liquid lipstick on me. I mean it's not a colour I would have ever chosen to be honest, but it is a fun statement and good alternative to a nude."
