Full blown metallics have only really become an award season staple in recent years. Where before, the Hollywood elite opted for understated blacks, blues or navys, these days there's no shame in wearing your silver or gold head-to-toe.

And this was no different at the Golden Globes 2017, where metallic ruled - from Priyanka Chopra looking like an actual Globe award, to Milly Bobby Brown in a silver mini and Sofia Vergara in floor-length shimmer.
