Introducing GLAMOUR's Wellness Power List Awards: Meet the expert panel behind the award worthy nominations
So long, 2020! We've never been more ready to hit refresh, physically and mentally, and welcome a new year with new beginnings. So it feels the perfect time to introduce GLAMOUR's first-ever Wellness Power List Awards, celebrating the best-in-class products and brands you love in the health, fitness and wellness world. And after a year that’s tested more than just the limits of our Wi-Fi, we give a special focus to your mental health and self care heroes.
We want to celebrate the workout wear and fitness tech you use to stay in shape, the supplements you take for a health boost, the bath time bliss inducers and stress relievers you chill with after a hard day, plus the sex toys that spice it up in your bedroom, along with sleeps aids you can count on for a great snooze.
The winners are determined by your votes, but the nominations shortlist of award-worthy favourites have been selected by an expert panel of esteemed health and wellness professionals, alongside the GLAMOUR team.
Our insiders include GP Dr Hazel Wallace, author of the best-selling The Food Medic books, who shares the medical and nutritional smarts on Instagram. Celebrity PT Aimee Victoria Long and Clara Holmes, famous for her inspiring wheelchair fitness routines, sort out what really works in the world of workouts. Mental health nominations come from anxiety specialist Chloe Brotheridge; the world’s only comparison coach Lucy Sheridan; and body-positive activist Michelle Elman of @scarrednotscared. As well as authoritative product picks from leading voices in sexual health, immunology, sleep, fertility and oral care.

A medical doctor working in London as an NHS and Private GP, Dr Tosin’s passion is health awareness, and she founded the Mind Body Doctor website to create a friendly, accessible space to inspire good health habits. She is especially focused on diversity in wellness, reflecting people from all backgrounds and walks of life. @mindbodydoctor
Dr Hazel Wallace
An NHS medical doctor, Dr Hazel Wallace BSc MSc MBBCh ANutR is also a registered associate nutritionist and founder of The Food Medic – an award-winning health platform and podcast that bridges the gap between traditional medical advice and new developments in nutrition and lifestyle. @thefoodmedic

If you’ve ever wondered who the A-list have Zoom calls with, Aimee’s your woman. She's one of London’s leading celebrity personal trainers, hosting classes in her High Street Kensington studio and coaching online. She is renowned for her breadth of fitness expertise, covering Pilates to strength and conditioning. @aimeevictorialong
Dr Sophie Mort
A clinical psychologist with a master’s degree in neuroscience and a doctorate in clinical psychology, Dr Soph offers talking therapy over video link and writes a fortnightly newsletter with everyday ways to improve mental health. Michelle Elman
A body-positive activist and life coach who started the “Scarred Not Scared” campaign to increase visibility of people with scars. A NHS clinical psychologist and psychosexologist, Dr Karen works to normalise and improve people’s relationship with sex. Chloe Brotheridge

Lucy Sheridan

Dr Maryam Zamani
A world-leading aesthetic doctor in London, performing expert ‘tweakments’ on the A-list. Maryam is passionate about fitness and nutrition, regularly sharing workout routines with her 30K Instagram followers. Emma Cannon

Kathryn Pinkham
