The most-selfied celebrity:
Everyone wanted a picture with Olivia Pope. Scandal's Kerry Washington was in town to collect the International TV Actress award and we spotted many a celebrity approaching her for a picture on the night. Washington also revealed that she would love to see Rihanna or Beyoncé appearing on the show, telling us: "Gosh! Rihanna. Or Beyonce. Or Michelle Obama. That's my dream team."
