The outer layer is super soft, breathable cotton, and through quilted microfibre pockets you’ll find fine silica glass beads distributed evenly to deliver a gentle comforting pressure.

I found the effect genuinely soothing — right from the moment I draped it over my duvet, it felt like a gentle, constant cuddle, helping me relax into sleep faster than usual. One thing to note though: because of its weight and fill, the blanket isn’t machine washable (you’ll want to wash the cover separately) so you’ll need to give it a bit of extra care.
