These are the celebrity twins you may not know existed
Two is better than one, right? Sister or brother, fraternal or identical, these celebrities have one thing in common: they all share their birthday with a sibling.
You’ve seen some of them everywhere - from Oscar Winner and Bohemian Rhapsody star, Rami Malek, to everyone's eternal girl crush, Scarlett Johansson, but there may also be someone you’ve overlooked this whole time: their twin. Neither of their twins followed their siblings into acting, with Scarlet's twin, Hunter Johansson, choosing a life of politics - he was even a campaign advisor for Barack Obama in 2008.
Rami, meanwhile, told Jimmy Fallon that he has even pretended to be his twin brother to help him pass a class. He explained: “So he [Sami] calls me one day… he goes, ‘Hey, do you know a Greek monologue from a Greek tragedy? 'Yeah, of course, I’ve just been doing this for four years.' He goes, ‘Listen, I need you to come down to my university’ – a major American university here in Los Angeles. He goes, ‘I need you to do this for my class. It’s gonna give me the points I need.'" Now that is brotherly love.
Some twins have, however, followed in their famous brother or sister’s footsteps. Hollywood is filled with famous twins such as the super famous Olsen twins, Disney stars Dylan and Cole Sprouse, and Tia and Tamera Mowry of Sister, Sister. They all rose to fame as twins in their early days and came as a buy-one-get-one-free package in their on-screen appearances.
Since moving on from acting, the Olsen Twins have turned their talents to fashion, setting up their wildly successful - and wildly expensive - high-end designer brand, The Row.
Of course, we couldn’t leave behind the celebrity twin-babies. I mean, these are future stars in the making. Between the royal family of music and children to Beyonce and Jay-Z, Sir and Rumi Carter, and Brangelina’s very own Vivienne and Knox Jolie-Pitt, amongst others, seems like lots of celebs are having twins, must be something in the waters.
Some celebrity twins are very hard to tell apart from their more famous family members, whilst others seem to share nothing in common with them. Either way, it’s always exciting to find out more about your favourite star and their family.
Here are celebrity twins you had no idea existed.

No, you're not seeing double. These are Cali twins Brittany and Cynthia Daniel. Although it's hard to tell them apart, you may have recognised Brittany - on the left - for her role as mean-girl Megan Vandergeld in the epic White Chicks. The star is also known across the pond for her character in the TV series Sweet Valley High, Dawson's Creek and most recently in The Game. Her twin sis, Cynthia, is no stranger to the spotlight as well, having starred next to Brittany in Sweet Valley High. Cynthia had a brief acting career, and is now a photographer.

This may come as a surprise for you but Laverne Cox, best known for Emmy-awards and show-stealing role on Orange Is The New Black, has a twin brother, and what may shock you even more is that he also made a cameo on the show, playing his sister’s character prior to her transition. M Lamar is best known for being a New York City-based composer, musician and performer.

Born in 2011, these twins come also from a successful holiday family, their mother is Pop and R&B royalty and Mother Christmas Mariah Carey and their father is popular TV Presenter and musician Nick Cannon. Easily one of the most recognisable duos around, Dylan and Cole Sprouse, now 28, starred in the Disney sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody between 2005 and 2008. Despite being the richest teenage twins in the world by the end of the 2000s, according to MSN, the brothers went on to study at New York University from 2011-2015. Cole now stars in Riverdale as Jughead Jones and Dylan is a co-owner of the All-Wise Meadery.

Jon turned to acting in 2002 during college - only two years later and he lead the blockbuster Napoleon Dynamite, which was followed by another hit, The Benchwarmers. While Dan is previsualisation artist, meaning he does digital animation and visual effects of complex movie scenes. And you've probably already seen his work - a few impressive examples are the Edge of Tomorrow, and most recently Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.
