In the months-long parade of beauty inspo known as awards season, we regularly fall in love with hair and makeup looks that are pretty much impossible to replicate. "Ribbons are making a comeback because they're such a easy way of updating your ponytail," says celebrity hairstylist Lacy Redway, who created the look for Christina Hendricks.
