27 cutest celebrity couples that make us believe in the power of love

Celebrity couples are something we're all obsessed with.
At first glance, they live a life that we could only dream of, and their ability to meet their equally genetically-gifted partner at a glittering Hollywood soirée is something out of our wildest imaginations. I mean, for us mere mortals, it's usually a Tinder swipe, a casual hook-up turned serious, or a meet-cute by the printers at work.
But on further inspection, we have come to realise that celebs are just like me and you and the start of their relationships have very humble beginnings. Those celebs who met through work gigs include Lizzo and her actor beau Myke Wright as well as Rihanna and A$AP Rocky.
Meanwhile, other pairings have super cute stories, such as Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr bonding over a dinner which a mutual friend was also supposed to attend but bailed last minute. Imagine if that friend had joined the dinner? It probably won't have led to this iconic duo, whose romance has certainly stood the test of time, alongside others such as Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard.
Meanwhile, other romances have certainly stolen our hearts, and we don't mean to put it out into the universe but if Zendaya and Tom Holland ever break up, we'll be devastated. And we're also rooting for newer relationships such as engaged couple, Millie Bobby Brown and Jake Bongiovi. Also, we love Kaia Gerber and Austin Butler together. So sweet!
So, if you want to feel inspired in the name of love, keep scrolling at our list of 27 cutest celebrity couples…

Kristen recently told Real Simple magazine that she speaks to them about Dax's addiction issues. "I hate the word taboo. I think it should be stricken from the dictionary. There should be no topic that's off the table for people to talk about," she told the publication.
"I talk to my kids about drugs and the fact that their daddy is an addict and he's in recovery, and we talk about sex," she added. "There are all these 'hard topics' that don't have to be if you give the person on the other end your vulnerability and a little bit of credit."

But after welcoming their daughter Arlo together in 2017, Leighton told Refinery29: "I don't talk about Arlo very much. I am very proud of that area of my life. PA PhotosBlake Lively and Ryan Reynolds
Ryan met Blake on the set of superhero flick The Green Lantern the same year he split from ex-wife Scarlett Johansson. Getty ImagesJustin Timberlake and Jessica Biel
In the words of JT himself, this couple’s love story began in a “very un-Hollywood-esque” way. The pair met through mutual pals. “There was nothing starry about the way we got together. I did it the old-fashioned way — by telephone. That’s something I learned from both my stepdad and my grandfather — that there is a thing called chivalry, and it doesn’t have to die with the birth of the Internet,” he said.
“The way I see it, if you’re asking a girl out on a date, it’s only right to do it in a way that she can hear your voice. I had to be pretty persistent in order to get her to say yes. But, if I want something, I stick to it. And in the end, she agreed.” Gentlemen, pay attention!

The A-list couple met when they both featured on the cover of Vanity Fair’s 2001 Music Issue when Queen Bey was only 19. Jay said of the early encounters: “You’ve got to try first. You got to dazzle... wine and dine,” before adding, “She was a good girl ’til she knew me.” Saucy.

It will happen to you in the Manchester United players' lounge - although you will get a little drunk, so exact details are hazy." She continued: "While the other football players stand at the bar drinking with their mates, you will see David standing aside with his family. (He's not even in the first team at this stage - you are the famous one.) And he has such a cute smile. You, too, are close to your family, and you will think how similar he feels to you. He's going to ask for your number. (He still has the London-to-Manchester plane ticket on which you wrote it.)" - David then went home and wrote the number on loads of other things in case he lost it, apparently. Dying RN.

Rex FeaturesKeira Knightley and James Righton

The fashionista introduced them in 2011, and it wasn’t long before James changed Keira’s views on the concept of marriage forever: “These words that you think beforehand, ‘that’s the reason I’ll never do it’... those words that you see as completely negative, and you suddenly see them as being incredibly positive, and that’s actually quite liberating and quite nice.”

Prince William and his bride first met at St Andrews University, where they were studying Art History, in 2001. Kate has admitted she had a fairly standard reaction to coming face-to-face with Prince Charming: “I went bright red and scuttled off, feeling very shy.” She obviously left her mark, however, as Wills famously paid £200 to sit frow and watch her model a racy outfit at a charity catwalk show that year. Wills has revealed since: “We just spent more time together, we had a good giggle and realised we shared some interests. She has a normal sense of humour which is really good for me because I’ve got a dead sense of humour, and things happened.”
