Rihanna has given birth to her first child: a son, who she shares with A$AP Rocky. Last night (19 May 2022), a report by TMZ shared the celebrity baby news, although the couple have yet to publicly confirm it.
As we head towards the summer months, 2022 has already proved to be a fruitful year for celebrity baby births. In fact, Ed Sheeran and his wife Cherry Seaborn have just announced the birth of their second daughter, with the singer taking to Instagram to share the news, writing, “Want to let you all know we’ve had another beautiful baby girl. We are both so in love with her, and over the moon to be a family of 4."
This apparent A-lister baby boom just may, who knows, have something to do with the fact we spent the first half of last year under pandemic lockdown restrictions. We had to keep busy, didn't we?
Earlier on it the year, on the same auspicious date that Rosie Huntington-Whiteley gave birth of her second child with Jason Statham (2.2.22), Kylie Jenner also gave birth to her second child with partner Travis Scott, whose name has yet to be officially announced. Although, there's a popular theory circulating that she's chosen the name Jacob for her son – after changing her mind about “Wolf”.
Meanwhile, the likes of Allison Williams, Grimes, Priyanka Chopra, and Ashley Graham have also welcomed new baba's into their families.
