Jasper Savage/AmazonCruel Intentions
Yes, we're revisiting the world of one of the most iconic 1990s films. While sharing some of the storylines and dynamics of the movie starring Sarah Michelle Gellar and Reese Witherspoon, this adaptation definitely has millennial and Gen Z vibes. It takes place at an American university, not on New York's Upper East Side, but features a similar plotline in the form of Caroline Merteuil (played by Sarah Catherine Hook, also set to star in the upcoming third season of The White Lotus) who is definitely an iteration of SMG's character in the movie, Catherine. She persuades her step brother Lucien to seduce the new girl on campus (and daughter of the Vice President of the United States) Annie Grover to further her quest for power on campus. Not to be missed.
Glen Wilson/AmazonExpats
Starring Nicole Kidman, this series sees three expat women who are living in Hong Kong meet by chance at a birthday party, soon discovering they are connected from a dark shared past.
Jonathan Prime/AmazonMy Lady Jane
Serious Bridgerton vibes here. Aside from the sexy period drama encounters, the TV series re-imagines what a real-life monarch, Lady Jane Grey, could've achieved, and the life she'd have lived, if she hadn't been beheaded nine years into her reign back in 1553.

Rosamund Pike can do no wrong in our eyes, so you need to check her out in the fantasy show The Wheel Of Time that rivals Game Of Thrones. Rosamund plays a powerful sorceress, Moiraine, who, in a quest to find the Dragon Reborn, makes her way to a small village known as the Two Rivers, where a battle ensues to find out who the ancient warrior is and whether the world will be saved. There's a lot of R-rated violence in this one, so watch with caution, but the dashes of humour more than make up for it!

The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power is set during Middle-Earth's Second Age and tells the story of Sauron's evil master plan to become the world's dictatorial ruler and Middle-earth's various races uniting to stop him. Of course, LOTR fans will fall in love with this stunning fantasy series.
Amazon PrimeThe Wilds
If you were a fan of Yellowjackets, you'd love The Wilds. Basically, a group of teenage girls from very different backgrounds finds themselves stranded on a remote island following a plane crash. However, while they attempt to fight for survival, they are unaware that they have become the subjects of an elaborate social experiment! Despite the critical acclaim, this show only has two seasons, so it should definitely provide a quick and highly nail-biting watch.
Amazon PrimeMr. Robot
Years before Rami Malek bagged the villainous role of Lyutsifer Safin in 007's No Time To Die, he headed up the drama Mr. Robot, in which he played anxiety-riddled cyber-security engineer Elliot who works for a huge corporation by day and hacks felons by night. Things take a drastic turn when Mr Robot, a cryptic anarchist, recruits him to take down the company he works for. Rami is so good in the role that he received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series after the first season.

A Very British Scandal
Clare Foy is sensational in this historical drama series about a real-life aristocratic affair, and subsequent divorce, that got very, very nasty in 1963 - from the creators of the similarly titled A Very English Scandal. We were gripped.

Lovestruck High
OK, we may be far beyond secondary school but that doesn’t stop us getting nostalgic about teenage love – and fuelling that nostalgia is this new dating show, set in an American high school, which gives 15 British dating hopefuls a chance to have their very own ‘high school romance’. Yes, we’re loving the cross-cultural tropes – but not as much as we love the inspired choice of narrator: none other than Lindsay Lohan (yes, talking of nostalgia!).
Sarah ShatzHarlem
This Amazon Original comedy series is FUN with a capital F. It follows four BFFs in their thirties living in Harlem, New York, chronicling their lives as they move through personal, romantic and professional situations. Executive produced by Amy Poehler together with Pharrell Williams.
HBOEuphoria
Regular GLAMOUR readers will know that we are big Euphoria fans, so it will come as no surprise that the teen drama series is high up on our Amazon Prime must-watch list. Starring Zendaya, Sydney Sweeney and Jacob Elordi, the show follows a group of high school students as they struggle with drugs, love, social media and money, all while trying to establish their identity. Basically, a raunchier, more sordid version of the classic coming of age story.

AmazonLove Life
We'd watch anything starring Anna Kendrick, but it helps when the film or series is also brilliantly funny and watchable. Love Life is an anthology romantic comedy series that follows a millennial New Yorker’s quest to find her "person," with each episode telling the winding, relatable story of the one that got away.
AmazonTop Boy
The drama takes viewers into the housing estates of east London. There is tension between the drug gangs that operate almost openly and those who strive to live honest lives against the odds in the crime-riddled area. That tension is explored through the interlocking stories of 20-something drug dealer Dushane, who is determined to become the area's Top Boy, and good-natured but vulnerable teenager Ra'Nell, who is forced to grow up quickly following his mother's breakdown and enforced absence. The programme combines elements of a tense gangster thriller with subtle social realism, some tenderness, innocence and wry humour.
Photographer: Des WillieI Hate Suzie
We've always loved Billie Piper, particularly since she played the lead in the controversial Secret Diary of a Call Girl, and you'll watching her as Suzie Pickles in I Hate Suzie just as much. The show is set in Worcester, Massachusetts and follows Allison Mc Roberts, who is described as a quintessential housewife trapped in an unhappy marriage to husband Kevin, "an insensitive and unambitious man-child."
The series sees Allison attempt to break free from the shackles of her miserable life by breaking conventional norms and standing up for what she wants, whilst plotting to escape her marriage and start a life of her own. Unlike your usual sitcom, the show blends a little drama in with emotive scenes and a deconstruction of traditional sitcom tropes, particularly when it comes to the portrayal of women.

Dubbed “the new Big Little Lies” due to its cinematic similarities to the hit HBO show, and the fact that Nicole Kidman is in the leading role, Nine Perfect Strangers is based on Liane Moriarty's novel of the same name and follows nine strangers as they set out to de-stress at a wellness resort run by Kidman's character.
