The coolest hair accessories at the Oscars
The Oscars is often pretty low-key when it comes to beauty. Many celebrities like to keep their look clean, simple and chic - usually letting their wow-worthy dresses do all the talking.
But this year, it was all about the hair accessories. While makeup was sleek and glossy, hair was a little more daring - and accessories reigned supreme.
One of our favourite looks of the night came from Hidden Figures star Janelle Monáe, who rocked a stunning gold hair band with intricate diamond details. The hairband looked exceptionally pretty with Janelle's textured pixie cut.
We really liked Salma Hayek's understated silver leaf-shaped number, which she wore with tumbling glossy waves. Ruth Negga also sported a unique red piece to match her lipstick and dress.
All three ladies wore matching earrings to finish their look, too. Genius.
