Discounts come and go, but there’s nothing quite like a good beauty sale. We are, of course, talking about Boots’ Ten Days of Deals. You heard us correctly, that’s almost a fortnight to grab yourself a bargain with a different offer to be had nearly every single day.
If you’re anything like us, then your skincare and makeup stock is slowly dwindling after a few weeks of constant sunshine (AKA picnics and BBQs galore) and you’re in much need of a replenishment of all your faves. Slathering on my best face SPF and sealing my makeup with setting spray to avoid patchy foundation (I blame the face masks) has become a daily routine for me - but with that comes the need for a good old restock.
Today marks day six of the incredible bargains to be had at Boots which - in my opinion - is perhaps the best day to grab a deal. I might be the only one here but, before life started to return to normality I had pretty much given up on the beauty scene all together. I’d stopped wearing perfume, my concealer was no longer needed (no one was seeing the bags under my eyes apart from me), and my favourite lipstick was left forgotten about at the bottom of my handbag.
Now things are on the up, however, I find myself wanting a new fragrance to mark the occasion and I’m in definite need of a new mascara. Other fragrances include MUGLER’s Alien eau de parfum, Ariana Grande’s Cloud eau de parfum and - if you’re feeling nostalgic - you can also grab Fantasy eau de parfum by Britney Spears for £21.60. A steal!
If perfume doesn’t tempt you though, perhaps some £10 deals will. I for one will not be heading to the checkout without Clinique’s High Impact Mascara - it was £21, so you’ll be saving a whole £11! Elizabeth Arden’s Eight Hour Cream Lip Protectant is another one I’ll be adding to cart, a whole £10 saved? Yes please.
