Take a scroll through your Instagram feed and chances are you'll see your favourite celebrities draped over a barre. No, they're not retraining to be ballet dancers, they're doing a barre class, i.e. the hottest workout class of the last decade.
If you don’t quite have the co-ordination of Misty Copeland but still want her enviable flexibility and core strength, barre is for you.
