Autumn Winter 2016 beauty trend report: the looks to try now

Autumn Winter beauty 2016 is all about individualism and embracing your beauty. Designers chose to do something a little different this season by shunning uniformity and highlighting each model's beauty and features.
Many makeup artists backstage made a unanimous decision to incorporate a number of looks and trends into their work. For example, where in previous seasons one lip colour was chosen for every model, during AW16, numerous shades were used.
AW16 saw dark pouts, flushed cheeks and grown-up glitter take centre stage, while liner got graphic and lashes were messy.

The lip shade of the season was undeniably rouge noir. Vampy, mysterious berry tones ruled the runway throughout Paris, Milan, London and New York.

Continuing its reign from SS16, liquid eyeliner was consistently graphic this season. Whether it was clean and angled shapes or slightly smudged, it was all about the eyes during AW16.
