The Street’s Mike Skinner has written a song for fashion maven Alexa Chung. Scroll down to watch the video, but be warned, it'll make you wish they were an item IRL.

Y'see, for those of you who don't know, back in 2004, Mike Skinner booked a then unknown model, Alexa Chung, to star in the music clip of The Streets's “I could well be in”.

Fast forward 12 years and they met up again at a mytheresa.com dinner in Germany and they came up with a new idea. And low-and-behold, here it is.

The song celebrates the launch of Alexa Chung’s eponoymous brand, and is classic Mike Skinner. The video shows Alexa Chung narrating her way through Ireland, from the iconic Lismore Castle (The Irish seat of The Cavendish family - of Chatsworth fame) to the dive bars of Cork, wearing selected looks from her debut collection.

Directed and produced by Mike, the film contains a nostalgic flashback to their first encounter in the original 2004 music video.

According to the website, where you can buy it for £395, the dress "is the kind of dress you cascade down a grand, marble staircase in whilst the light, shimmering fabric sashays around your legs as you do so.
