App discounts

Whistles do not have app discounts at this time.

Additional helpful information

Returns

• If you are not totally happy with your order, you have 28 days to return it to Whistles.

• You can either return it in-store or through the free collect+ service found at the bottom of the returns page.

• Please allow 14 working days for the distribution centre to receive and process returns from the date of posting.

• Please note that the refund may take up to three days to arrive in your account.

• Whistles advise all customers to mark their packages with a ‘return to sender' address in case government restrictions on courier services are applied.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in re-sellable condition to be eligible for a refund. Whistles are unable to refund or exchange face masks or earrings for pierced ears subject to sanitary considerations. Any returns will be invalidated if you remove any do not-remove labels.

• Gift cards cannot be reimbursed.

• Wedding gowns and children's clothing can only be returned to the warehouse by post, Collect+ or to the flagship Whistles store in London, St Christopher’s Place.

• International buyers can return their products to their local postal service at their own expense.
