Redeeming your discount code

Receiving an attractive discount for your purchase at Vitl is quite easy. Simply follow the steps below:

1. Pick the code that offers you the highest possible discount.

2. Copy it to your clipboard and read through the terms and conditions of your Vitl promo code.

You can't buy Vitl gift vouchers, but you can place a purchase in the name of your friends. Simply fill out the shipping details with the address of your friend and complete the order.

App discounts

Returns

1. Vitl’s return policy allows for you to send back unopened products for a total of 14 days within receipt. Keep in mind that you will be charged for the return and not be able to send back personalised items.

2. If you’d still like to send back a product you’ve bought at Vitl, contact customer service.

3. Place your items in a box and seal it tightly.

4. Write the return address on the box and bring it to your nearest post office.

Next Day Delivery

Vitl doesn’t currently offer next day shipping, but you can select the standard shipping method to receive your order in just 1-3 days. If you’re interested in free shipping, we recommend that you keep an eye on our Glamour voucher page. With some of our codes, you’ll be able to receive your orders without being charged the shipping fee.

Price match policy

Unfortunately, Vitl has not released a price match policy up until now. The vitamin shop may decide to release a price match policy in the future and in that case, you’ll be able to find it right here on our voucher page.
