There is a new Swarovski app that you can download to your device. There aren’t any specific discounts available, but you’ll get access to all the latest exclusive offers, new arrivals and trends. 

What is the Swarovski returns policy?

1. You can return your Swarovski product up to 28 days after you receive it.

2. To register your return, you just need to go to returns.swarovski.com, and you can get your return label or QR code.

3. With your online order number and email address, you can access all the information you need.

4. Place the items in their original packaging, fill in the return form and return the parcel according to your chosen carrier’s instructions.

Can I get next-day delivery at Swarovski?

 You can opt for FedEx delivery on your item and if you place your order Monday to Friday by 12 p.m. it will be shipped the same day, and you should receive it within 1-2 days. This costs  £15. 

Is there a Swarovski price match policy?
