Returns

1. You can return Savers items within 28 days providing they are in an unused and resaleable condition.

2. If you need to return an item, take it to the store with a printout of the Returns Summary from your online account. Take along the card you paid with too.

3. You can also return by post by packaging your item and following the instructions for a free post label. Take your parcel to the post office and get a receipt for proof of postage.

4. The return policy is not valid for perishables, medicines and other products unsuitable for return because of hygiene reasons.

Savers Next Day Delivery

Savers Next Day Delivery is a premium delivery option for £5.95. Orders must be in before 9 pm for next-day delivery. Standard delivery is £4 and takes 3-4 working days.

Price match policy
