What is the Salons Direct returns policy?

1. For returns, Salons Direct offers up to 14 days after receipt to request a return.

2. You must bear the cost of return postage, and goods must be returned as unused, in perfect condition and in the original packaging. 

3. Refunds on large or heavy items will incur an extra minimum 10% handling charge.

4. For hygiene reasons, you are unable to return items such as scissors, clippers, razors, manicure or pedicure tools and more.

Can I get next day delivery at Salons Direct?

Yes - if you want your delivery on the next working day, it costs an additional £6.95 plus VAT to arrange. You should complete and pay for your order before 6pm GMT between Monday to Thursday to ensure it’s delivered by the next working day.

Is there a Salons Direct price match policy?
