1. Puma offers the right to return goods free of charge up to 30 days after delivery.

2. Use the return label provided in your parcel and drop it in at your nearest Evri ParcelShop. You can use the Evri returns portal to create a label if you don’t have one.

3. You will be reimbursed within 14 days of Puma receiving the returned items and conducting quality checks.

4. If, for some reason, you don’t have a return label, you can return your unwanted item(s) by creating your own return label using the Evri Return Portal. Please note that when you create your return label, it will only be valid for 7 days after you create it. 

5. In addition, please be aware that Puma does not offer exchanges - for technical reasons. You’ll need to place a new order on their website and return any unwanted items. 

Can I get next-day delivery at Puma?

You can - Puma offers £9.95 for express shipping. Otherwise, the standard delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.
