What is the Paul Smith returns policy?

Paul Smith's returns process is now entirely paperless. Customers wishing to make a return can choose from the following options:

Option 1: Use the new returns portal available online. Simply follow the instructions provided and select the most convenient return service. Please note that individual orders must be returned separately; returns should not be combined.

Option 2: Return to a Paul Smith shop. Customers can drop off their order at the nearest Paul Smith location, where a refund will be processed, or an exchange can be made for a product available either in-store or online.

Can I get next-day delivery at Paul Smith?

Yes! Orders over £50 qualify for free DPD express delivery (1-2 days). Orders over £100 qualify for DHL express delivery (1-3 days). You can also collect your items for free, regardless of minimum spend, when you opt for Click + Collect. With this option, customers can collect their items from their nearest store after 1-2 days of the order placement.
