What is the Mylee returns policy?

1. You have 30 working days from when you received your order to return any items that have not been used - please note that Mylee does not cover return shipping.

2. If you would like to return an item or items, email info@mylee.co.uk with the details of your product(s) and why they are being returned. Mylee will provide you with a return authorisation number and further instructions - don't forget to acquire this number before sending back your order.

3. We recommend using Royal Mail's registered delivery or another trusted 'signed for' service to return the item(s). Ensure everything is safely stored and packaged before sending. It is worth noting that the company will not be held responsible for items without proof of postage.

4. Once your item(s) are received - Mylee will issue your refund within 14 working days.

5. If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, contact Mylee customer service immediately via email, and they’ll do their best to help repair or replace your item(s).

Can I get next day delivery at Mylee?

If you need your order quickly, express delivery is available within 1-3 working days - for orders over £25, it costs £2.99. Express delivery for orders under £25 costs £5.95. You can also access free standard delivery to the UK mainland if your item(s) total over £25 - your order will arrive in 2 to 7 working days with this option.

Is there a Mylee price match policy?
