What is the Miss Pap returns policy?

You can enjoy returns on items for up to 28 days after delivery. A small fee of £1.99 per parcel will be deducted from the return. 

1. Repack the items you wish to return.

2. Log into the Miss Pap returns portal and click the ‘Start return’ button to begin the process. You’ll need to provide your order number and email address to activate the process.

3. Select your preferred method of return.

4. Post it at your nearest drop-off point and keep proof of postage.

5. You’ll receive an email once Miss Pap receives your returned item(s).

Can I get next-day delivery at Miss Pap?

Yes, you can! Miss Pap offers a next-day delivery service on all orders placed before 11pm. This service is available Monday to Sunday with a small additional charge of £5.99. The next-day delivery service doesn’t cover some areas. So if you want to be sure that your postcode is covered, head to the Miss Pap website and check on their delivery page.
