Returns

Michael Kors accepts return of items purchased from our store that are new and unused with the tags still on. For returns to be accepted, they have to be returned with proof of purchase i.e. a receipt or invoice. However, return of underwear, facemasks and personalised items is not allowed. a refund for your returned item(s) will be credited to your account in the same mode of payment as was used to make the purchase (s). The refund will show up on your account. You should receive an email confirming return processing completion.

Returns can be made through mail or in store. For return by mail:

• Fill in the required packing slip

• Pack your purchase properly and safely preferably in its original packaging.

• Fill in the return address

• For items purchased online and collected in store, kindly communicate with the customer care first through our email.
