Lilysilk's return policy varies depending on whether your a member or not. Non-members have 14 days from the date they receive your order to return your Lilysilk products. You can also choose to exchange your products for a different size, colour or style within the same time frame. Lilysilk members get up to 30 days to return products depending on their membership level, so consider signing up so you have more time to decide.

Can I get next day delivery at Lilysilk?

Unfortunately, Lilysilk doesn't offer next day delivery on any orders. However, they do offer free shopping on all orders of £35 or more. Shipping typically takes 6-12 business days in the UK, but you know what they say: waiting makes the arrival all the sweeter!
