4. Promotional gifts received with products must also be returned.

5. Items purchased on a gift card can only be refunded to a gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable.

6. Opened or used products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

7. Items purchased in a boutique must be returned to a boutique (excluding Trentham Gardens, Bicester, Portsmouth, Cheshire Oaks, department stores, and airport stores).

8. Returns can be made in person at a boutique or by mail using the free Royal Mail return service.
