2. To ensure your item is eligible for a return, it must be unworn with the original tags attached. It also needs to be in the original packaging and all swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker attached. Your refund may be refused if the item doesn’t meet this criteria.

3. Item exchanges are no longer accepted. All returned items are refunded.

Can I get next-day delivery at Jaded London?

To make sure your order arrives the following working day, you can opt for DPD Next-day delivery for £6.99, as long as you order before 4 pm from Sunday to Friday. To arrange a Saturday or Sunday delivery via DPD, you will need to pay £8.99, and items must be ordered by 4 pm on Friday.
